The rental rates below are for the apartment per week and not per person
To confirm a booking, a deposit of 20% of the total is payable
The balance is payable 6 weeks before the start of the holiday
A security deposit of 100 Euros (or £100) is payable with the balance. This is to cover any damage done, loss of keys, remote controls etc. This will be returned upon inspection after departure assuming there are no problems. Minor breakages such as a broken glass will not be charged for. |
